  Overview

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is for people intending to work as teachers/trainers or those already working as teachers/trainers in the Post-16 sector. To be eligible for this course you need to be at least 19 years of age and have a good standard of written and spoken English.

Attendance for this course is from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

The intention is to introduce you to the basic principles of teaching, learning and assessment.

Entry to this course requires a Level 2 qualification in English or Literacy and a good level of spoken English.

You must be aged 19 or over.

This 12 credit course is assessed through written assignments and a ‘micro-teach’.

Successful completion of this course can lead to progression to further study or employment in Education and Teaching.

Course fees are £405.
