We encourage positive behaviour, and challenge all forms of negative behaviour and ideas
Bradford College is committed to working together for the benefit of our students, staff and partners in the community through our UNITED Values. These promote a culture and environment that enhances students' learning and achievement, and helps staff in their coaching, teaching and supporting roles.
Our UNITED Values incorporate the UK Government’s British Values (part of the Prevent Duty 2015) and also the key principles of the Equality Act 2010. Our College Charter sets out students' rights and responsibilities. Read our PREVENT strategy here.
We firmly believe that the key to challenging negativity and division (which if not challenged could lead to potentially harmful consequences) is through nurturing mutual respect, understanding and integration. Being UNITED is the foundation of positive behaviour.
