Bradford College has many sports clubs and academies that students can be involved with. These are set up with organisations that have great reputations in their respected industry such as Bradford Bulls Foundation, Yorkshire Cricket Foundation and Boxing England.

Should you choose to study our Level 3 BTEC course, you will take part in one of the following sports academies and combine it with your learning.

Established in 2008, Bradford College Boxing is backed by Boxing England and talents are developed by GB and England coach Mally McIver. Based at Trinity Green, the academy has three rings, including an AIBA-spec competition ring, a full range of hitting equipment, weight, mirrors and audio-visual equipment for analysis. Bradford College students Jade Ashmore and Harris Akbar have both won medals in international tournaments and are hopeful of getting into Team GB for the 2018 Olympics.
