We aim to provide a high standard of service, including the quality of our courses and the care we give students, and we like to hear what works well.

We know as well that sometimes things go wrong and we therefore take complaints seriously. Please contact us if there is something you want to raise.

Compliments and complaints

You can give feedback to any member of staff, or through the Student Union. You can do this in person, or by email or phone.  We welcome comments from students, staff, and our many visitors and contacts. We also have a formal complaints procedure.

Student feedback is encouraged in a number of ways.

Our staff are very important to us, and we have various systems in place so they can give feedback and be part of College development. We also have a whistleblowing policy for staff.
