Advice Service
The Union operates an advice service that offers free, confidential, impartial information, advice and support to all potential, current and ex-students of the College.
Run by staff members who are professional and have undertaken extensive training, the service is completely confidential. Nothing you tell the advisors will be shared with any other organisation or individual without your express permission.
Advice and information can be provided on a wide range of issues including:
- Student Financial Support
- Course Fees
- Housing
- Debt
- Welfare Benefits
- Consumer Problems
- Local Services
- Fundfinder Point
- Referrals to Specialist Immigration Advisor's
The service is flexible in the way it works, we will try to see you immediately. During busy periods the following opening times may apply:
Monday Appointments Only
Tuesday Drop-in 11.00 – 1.00pm
Wednesday Drop-in 11.00 – 1.00pm
