
The Well-being Centre is a health resource centre where all staff and students can access information on any health-related topic. You will be able to take part in activities and access services to enhance your physical and mental health. Drop-in services, bookable sessions, courses, visiting lecturers, events and conferences are all on offer.
Group tutorials and specialist lectures on subjects such as relaxation techniques, healthy eating, life skills, dyslexia support, fitness, mindfulness,
