Welcome to the project site
College IT Services, with our preferred hardware supplier, Phoenix Computers, provide complete digital imaging and printing infrastructure for the College main buildings.
The project greatly enhanced the print/copy/scan/fax provision for everyone and also made substantial cost savings overall.
Why?
Because we:
- spend up to £650,000 per annum on print consumables, with a high proportion of that held in stock within local areas,and an equally high proportion of printed output hitting the litter bin.
- wanted to provide a better campus environment with less noise, heat, litter and clutter in learning and office spaces.
- are
committed to contributing to the global environment, through 21st
century power-saving devices and streamlined, efficient stock and
disposal processes.
On our community journey towards landmark, intelligent buildings, this project takes us forward in a quantum leap.
