Halls of Residence

Students in their second, third and fourth years can apply for a room in Laisteridge Lane Halls. You can even join with a group of friends and rent a whole flat. The College has a limited allocation of rooms and will try to meet your requirements, but priority is given to:

  • Students in their first year
  • Final year students
  • International students

As there are a limited number of spaces available for returning students at Laisteridge Lane Halls, please apply as early as possible.

College Accommodation Is Better Value Than You Think

Lots of returning students choose to live in private housing because of perceptions of better value. In reality, when you add up all the extra costs, private housing isn’t always the cheapest option.

Bradford College Halls accommodation includes all utility bills, internet and room contents insurance so you know exactly how much you’ll be paying and won’t be hit with unexpected bills. And unlike private housing, Halls contracts are shorter so you won’t be paying for rent over the summer when you’re not there.

Private Sector Accommodation

Many students choose to leave after their first year in halls, and move into a property in the local area. This option can give you the flexibility to choose how you want to live with a group of friends.  There is information on choosing this kind of housing in the Private SectorAccommodation section on this website.
