Bradford College can provide short term accommodation for individuals or groups at Doris Birdsall Halls of Residence.
Doris Birdsall Hall was built in 1996. It comprises 55 en-suite bedrooms designed as 5-bedroom, self-contained flats with shared kitchen facilities. The bedrooms have a wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinet, desk chair, easy chair, single bed (with sheets, pillow, duvet, pillowcase, mattress cover and duvet cover), lamp, waste bin and bookcase. The bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin, and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with one lockable cupboard for each guest, plus cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle, vacuum cleaner and washer/dryer.
The kitchens, corridors and entrances are cleaned daily, Monday to Friday, and rubbish is cleared from the kitchen. Bathrooms are cleaned once a week.
Doris Birdsall Halls are next door to the Colleges newest building - Trinity Green and all College students have access to the Gym, Dance Studio and Sports Hall in Trinity Green at no extra cost.

A limited number of student lets for the academic year 2011 -12 are available at Doris Birdsall Halls.
Rent is £81.41 per person per week, and is based upon the student signing a 42 week tenancy.
Please note all 42 week lets are single occupancy. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bedrooms and the kitchen on a weekend. Students must do all their own washing up.
All bedrooms have internet access via the College computer system. Your computer will have to be adapted to the College system and there may be a small charge if parts are needed. Instructions on organising this are given in the Welcome pack. Once onto the system there are no other charges for this service. All students sign for their keys on arrival, the main doors are on an electronic fob system, any losses or breakages of keys will be charged for. Each flat has a payphone and this telephone will accept incoming calls. There is also a free phone number to the Accommodation Office and 24 hour Security from each telephone. If you are bringing a television with you then you will need an individual TV licence – application forms are included in the Welcome pack.
