Applications for accommodation in 2011 - 2012 are currently being accepted.
All students should apply as early as possible once you have applied for a place on a course at Bradford College. Once we have received your application, you will be sent an offer of accommodation which must be accepted within the timescales stated in the offer (usually within 14 days). If you do not accept your first offer within these timescales, Bradford College cannot guarantee that you will be subsequently offered accommodation, and you will need to re-apply.
Students can apply for accommodation at any time and will be made an offer of accommodation within 14 days. Should you fail to meet the entry requirements for your course please inform the Accommodation Office before the end of August 2011 and you will be released from your contract and your booking fee will be refunded. If you decide not to come to Bradford you should also let us know before the end of August 2011, however in these circumstances your booking fee will not be refunded.
Once you have accepted an offer of a place on a course from Bradford College, you can apply for Accommodation and will be made an offer within 14 days.
If you will be aged under 18 at the commencement of your course, please contact Accommodation Services as early as possible so that we can discuss your accommodation requirements. It is customary for students who are under 18 when they start their course to stay in Homestay Accommodation. Please note that under English law it is not possible for a person aged under 18 to sign a Tenancy or License Agreement for accommodation. If a student is aged under 18 Bradford College and its accommodation partners require a parent or responsible person over the age of 18 to act as a guarantor and sign the Tenancy or License Agreement. This means that the guarantor must pay any sums agreed under the Tenancy or License Agreement if the student fails to do so.
There are a limited number of rooms available in Halls for Erasmus students on a single semester basis. Accommodation Services will endeavour to place you in your first choice for accommodation, but this cannot be guaranteed.
