Booking System

Resource Manager

First Time Users

Register with Media Services Booking System

In order to access the booking system you will need:

• Your College e-mail address.
• A password (between 5 and 8 characters alpha/numeric) - If you do not already have a password please contact media@bradfordcollege.ac.uk or Ext. 3336.
  
• Access to the intranet via Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later.
• A Windows operating system.
• Should you experience difficulty in accessing the system please report via the on-line IT Fault Report facility.
• Should you require any advice/training on how to use the system please phone IT Support on Ext. 3062.

All bookings are provisional until you receive confirmation via e-mail

All bookings for the studio MUST be accompanied by a 'Request For Service Form' giving details of the request.
