Electronic Books

The electronic books or e-books provided by the College are electronic versions of printed books which can be read in full text via the Internet, they cannot be downloaded to e-book readers.  The College has access to the content of over 4600 e-books.  The majority of e-books are available on three main platforms or websites – MyiLibrary, Dawsonera , and Ebrary.

The easiest way to find if a particular title is available as an e-book is to search the  Library Catalogue.  You can search for a book title on the Library Catalogue by author, title or keyword.  If the book is available electronically the words [electronic resource] will follow the title and there will be a link to the Internet for you to access the e-book directly. The e-books on MyiLibrary, Dawsonera, Ebrary,  Gale Virtual Reference Library and KnowUK are all accessible via the Library Catalogue.

You may be asked for your college username and password to view the e-book.
