National Diploma in Photography
"Our Summer Show is a selection of images taken by our second year National Diploma students for their final major project, Lights, Camera,Action! This was about visualising films; either the genre, for instance, romance or horror; or a specific film, for example The Corpse Bride. The students could explore their chosen theme in any way they liked. They could use either darkroom or digital photography to capture their ideas.
The students produced a vast amount of imagery which shows their skills both technically and aesthetically. I am proud of the results and feel that they have shown how much they enjoyed the project. Eleven of these students will be progressing to year one of the BA (Hons) Photography programme at Bradford School of Arts & Meida in September."
