Course Overview

The NCFE Level 2 Award in Volunteering is a short introduction for anyone considering working in the voluntary sector. It is suitable for anyone already working in a voluntary organisation who wishes to formalise and further develop their existing experience and skills. The qualification is also suitable for those undertaking larger programmes of study in related industries (eg healthcare or sport). In addition, it provides a basis for those who may wish to progress to further study and development.

Entry Requirements

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, a basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required to comply with the Health and Safety and assessment aspects of the qualification.
