NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Cabin Crew

Course Overview

This excellent course will prepare you for airline industry training by giving you a realistic look at the work carried out by airline cabin crew. With our help, you will learn the essential skills, knowledge and understanding required for you to work well as a member of cabin crew.

This course does not replace the training given by airlines when they recruit new cabin crew staff, but it is ideal if you are seeking employment or wish to enhance your Travel and Tourism studies. The course is made up of six Units, and you need to complete all of them in order to achieve the qualification.

As part of the course you will have the opportunity to visit British Airways (or alternate airline) and complete a cabin crew training day to give you a more practical insight into the work of cabin crew.

Entry Requirements

A minimum on two GCSEs at Grade D or above including English and Mathematics.

If you do not have the entry qualifications, a decision will be made based on the results of an initial assessment.

Please note that most airlines insist on crew members having passed GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C or above and any Cabin Crew staff have a full UK/EU passport and must be able to successfully obtain an airside ID permit which requires the completion of a satisfactory criminal records check.

You may not have to pay course fees - please see our financial support pages.
