Course Overview
This is a short and flexible programme that provides you with a good introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the First Line Manager through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). We combine key elements in a tightly focused package that can improve your performance quickly and economically. If you are a First Line Manager with little or no formal training, or returning from a career gap, you can benefit particularly from this course as it will give you an ideal start to future individual, team and organisational development.
Course start dates are in September and January but can also be tailored for other entry points depending on group sizes.
Entry Requirements
It would be beneficial if you are carrying out management duties but this is not essential.
Course Fees
Tuition Fee: £500.00 (including ILM Registration Fee)
This course does not qualify for any fee reduction.
