Postage and Packing
Please stick to deadlines particularly for exhibitions. Late delivery may mean your work isn’t included.
Delicate work and small items need packaging in small bags first (so they don’t get lost) and then covered in bubble wrap or packaging. Make sure nothing can move around and that the external package is properly sealed.
Please enclose a delivery note – we will not accept goods without one. Discrepancies cannot be sorted out without one!
Put in your delivery note and tape up the box, cover with brown paper and address clearly and put on a sender label too.
It is advisable to post your parcel by special or recorded, this way it can be tracked and insured.
We do not pay the postage and packaging for any of the goods sent to us. We do package and pay postage on any items that are not sold and are being returned. We only pack and return goods with prior agreement and due to their fragile nature, we do not take responsibility for packing and returning glass or ceramics.
