Be inspired by the seven winners of the UKRC's annual Women of Outstanding Achievement Awards for 2011! Each year a panel of professionals selects seven women who demonstrate commitment, contribution and leadership in the fields of Science, Engineering and Technology.
"All to often, the achievement of women in science, engineering and technology is overlooked or rendered invisible," said UKRC Director Annette Williams. "We are delighted that all seven portraits are being featured at this major science festival, and we encourage all visitors to spend some time at the gallery enjoying the photography and finding out more about these inspiring women."
