Hats Off!
An Artwear Showcase by First Year National Diploma in Fashion & Clothing students
Our students showed that they will be heading for great things in their fashion careers in this shimmering showcase.
They created hats that were individually designed, hand-made artistic expressions as part of a project to investigate and develop techniques of decoration.
Using crystals and minerals as an inspiration, they considered texture, shape, contrasts and colour, allowing their initial ideas to be transformed through design into wearable art. The final results were sparkling!
