Campus Safety & Security
We’re committed to making the College a safer, greener place to work and study. We’re pleased to announce we’re re-launch the Campus Watch scheme to all new and returning students. We hope both the travel plan and safety/security initiatives will continue to improve your campus environment.
Mark Hirst, Bradford College Security Manager explained: “Our campus enjoys a low level of crime. We’re involved in a number of safety and security projects to combat crime and improve student safety. We hope that continuing to support such initiatives will allow us to guide our staff/students to ensure their continued safety and security.”
In addition to this initiative the College issues safety packs to staff and students via the Think Smart – Be Safe campaign working in partnership with West Yorkshire Police and Bradford University. The packs include: a personal attack alarm, ultraviolet marker and a number of other personal safety items.
