Bradford College is funded by the LSC, the organisation that exists to make England better skilled and more competitive. Project Part-Financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

The site of the former McMillan Halls on Trinity Road has been redeveloped into the 'Trinity Green Campus' - an innovatively designed building that houses Construction, Engineering and Sports curriculum areas.

Building work commenced in February 2007and was ready to welcome learners in September 2008.

The 'Trinity Green Campus' Accommodation Strategy was made possible thanks to the financial support of the European Union Regional Development Fund and the LSC.

The low carbon building has been designed with sustainability in mind and maximise natural light and ventilation. It covers approximately 9000m2 and contains modern workshops, staff and student break-out areas, Wi-Fi technology, extensive learning resource areas and student services together with a sports hall the size of 8 badminton courts, sports and fitness laboratories, an aerobics studio and a glazed central mall. The building exterior includes a multi-use games area (with three 5-a-side pitches) and a full size football pitch, which has also been made available for community use.
