Meet & Greet Airport Collection Service
We aim to offer peace of mind to overseas students coming to study at Bradford College. That’s why we provide a Meet and Greet (M&G) complimentary airport collection service from Leeds/Bradford International Airport and Manchester International Airport for new full-time, full fee-paying students* (see terms and conditions). You will be collected and transported directly to your Halls of Residence or alternative accommodation in Bradford.
If you’re returning to Bradford College to continue your studies, you’re welcome to use the on-line booking service to pre-book a taxi. These can be booked from either Leeds/Bradford International Airport (LBA), or Manchester International Airport (MAN) at advantageous rates. If you are required to make a payment, the driver will expect this, so please bring enough currency with you. Please note, if you take a different taxi to the one you have booked, you will be required to pay for the pre-arranged car.
For groups of three or more new students arriving together at Manchester International Airport (MAN), the M&G is a free service* (see terms and conditions). For returning students (or new students who are not arriving in a group of three or more) arriving at Manchester International Airport (MAN), we can arrange a taxi service at advantageous rates. One taxi - £22- £25 per car - maximum occupancy 2 students, inc. luggage. Minibus - £37.50 - maximum occupancy 8 students, inc. luggage. To take advantage of the free Meet & Greet service, you must be a new, full-time, full fee-paying international student, paying tuition fees of at least £1,000. Costs will be shared equally between passengers, if there is more than one passenger, and all passengers must be dropped off at the same place. Booking forms must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to intended arrival. Where a range of prices is given, the price is dependant on the waiting time the taxi spends in the car park. This service is for one pick-up point and one drop-off point only. A small surcharge will be incurred for students wishing to be taken further than the outskirts of Bradford. EU/EEA students and non fee-paying students must pay taxi fees direct to the driver.
Students should wait inside the Arrivals Hall at the airport for the taxi driver, who will display a Bradford College sign, and if possible the student's name. You should not accept a private taxi company instead of waiting for the booked taxi, as you will also be charged for the original booking when you arrive at College.
