These requirements are minimum levels for all components of the test. Other English Language qualifications may be accepted, such as PTE, ILEC and Cambridge Main Suite Examinations. When applying for a visa, the UK Border Agency now requires a minimum level of English Language. If you are a national of a majority English speaking country, this condition will be waived.
